When I started TWSG, the manual was the first resource I wanted to give you. A no-kumbaya document, with real problems and concrete solutions, for when work is breaking you and the last thing you need is empty inspiration.
What you have in your hands today is the most complete version yet.
What changed?
The previous version covered the first few issues. This version goes all the way through Issue #33. More protocols, more situations, more tested tactics. 33 weeks of content distilled into one document.
This is the version new subscribers will receive starting today. Now it's yours first.

At the end you receive a concrete diagnosis with the status of each area and your next step.
What makes it different:
It's not a knowledge quiz. It's a mirror. You take it when something feels off but you don't know exactly what. You take it again when something changes at work. You use it every time you feel like you've lost the thread.
